President appoints Mr. Justice Paul Gilligan to the Court of Appeal

President Michael D. Higgins today, 19 December 2017, appointed Mr. Justice Paul Gilligan to the Court of Appeal.
The Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Simon Coveney TD, the Minister for Justice Mr. Charles Flanagan T.D. and the Attorney General Mr. Séamus Woulfe SC were in attendance at the appointment ceremony at Áras an Uachtaráin.
